RECOGNITION, WITH REASONS

Your Work Should
Speak for Itself.

The rules behind Gramsify ratings, badges, rankings and awards.

Ratings Come from Completed Collaborations.

Only the creator and business participant can submit one review each after a collaboration is completed. Self-reviews and administrator reviews are not allowed. An overall score of 1–5 is required; communication, reliability and quality scores are optional. Missing ratings display as “No ratings yet”.

New reviews need moderation and stay blind until both participants submit feedback or 14 days pass. This limits pressure to exchange favourable reviews. Older published reviews remain available. Moderators can approve or hide feedback; they cannot rewrite its rating through the moderation tools.

The profile rating is the average of visible overall ratings. Criterion averages use only reviews that supplied that criterion. A subject can post a public response. Concerns and factual corrections can be sent to support with the collaboration or review ID.

Badges Say What Has Been Checked.

Profile ownership reviewed means the community team reviewed the submitted ownership evidence. It is not a guarantee of quality, identity or performance.

Rising Creator means at least one completed collaboration on Gramsify. Proven Collaborator means at least five completed collaborations across three business groups. These are experience milestones, not promises about future work. A newcomer is “Building a track record”.

Businesses owned by the same account count together. Administrators can also group known affiliated businesses and document exclusions for duplicate, manipulated or incorrectly recorded collaborations. A business group is an account/grouping rule; Gramsify cannot guarantee that every undisclosed real-world relationship has been identified.

A Transparent Ranking Pilot.

Eligibility: an active, email-verified, public creator profile; at least 5 completed collaborations; at least 3 business groups; and visible reviews from at least 3 business groups. No follower minimum applies.

First, average the creator’s visible overall ratings within each business group. Then average those business-group averages, giving each group equal weight. This keeps repeated work with one account from dominating the score. Equal scores share a rank. Display order within a tie uses completed work, then name.

Follower count, paid upgrades, advertising spend, declined offers, availability, breaks, reports and unmeasured delivery times do not enter the formula. The score is a limited feedback signal, not a complete measure of a person’s talent. There is no automatic late-delivery penalty, including delays caused by a brand. This pilot may evolve through a clearly announced rubric update.

Spotlights and Awards Are Different Programmes.

Monthly Spotlights are editorial selections with a published explanation. They are not described as judged competition wins. Quarterly Awards use independent judging with at least two active judges scoring every eligible entry before results can be published.

Creator criteria: originality 40%, execution 25%, clarity 20%, and professionalism/disclosure 15%. Business criteria: creative freedom 20%, brief quality 20%, clear and fair terms 30%, and communication/care 30%. Each criterion is scored from 0 to 10. The weighted total is out of 100, averaged across non-recused judges. Highest scores win within each category; tied highest scores can share an award.

Entry is free. No follower minimum applies. Sponsorship cannot purchase a winner. There is no audience-vote component in this release. Judges cannot enter their own round or judge their own or known collaboration partners’ entries. Judges must also declare other personal, business and financial conflicts and recuse themselves.

Each round states its UTC deadline, actual rewards, programme type, relationship disclosures and judging panel. Entry details are private to the entrant, administrators and assigned judges during selection. If selected, your entry, work link, relationship declaration, result and selection reason are public, as agreed on the entry form. Judge notes remain private.

Entry rules lock when the round opens. Withdraw before publication from your workspace. If a relationship is undisclosed, a rating is wrong, or you believe a decision needs review, contact support with the relevant record. Reports alone do not change your score.
