About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Gramsify, including its website and installed web app. The operator and contact information displayed with these policies identify the platform team. By creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted account features.
These terms govern the platform relationship. A creator and a business must separately agree their collaboration scope, compensation, delivery and content permissions. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any inconsistent wording in these terms.
Who may join
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the arrangements you make through the platform. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current. A person acting for a business must have authority to represent that business. Do not impersonate another person, use an unauthorised brand identity or create accounts to evade a suspension.
Accounts and security
Keep your password private, use a strong password and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activities you authorise through your account. Tell the support team promptly if you suspect compromise. The team may ask for proportionate evidence of ownership before changing sensitive account information or releasing personal data. Never send passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or private identity documents in a public profile or brief.
What the platform provides
Gramsify helps creators and businesses discover each other, publish profiles and opportunities, apply, exchange messages and manage collaboration records. Creating an account, posting an opportunity and applying are currently free. The platform does not collect campaign payments, operate a wallet, hold escrow, dispatch gifted products or act as the employer, agent or contracting party for a creator-brand engagement.
Unless the platform clearly states otherwise for a specific service, participating businesses are responsible for their own products, commercial promises and fulfilment. A profile review or verification badge is not a guarantee of payment, audience accuracy, product quality or suitability. Profile-fit scores are indicative and do not guarantee selection or results.
Opportunities and collaboration commitments
Businesses must publish accurate, complete offers and clearly distinguish cash, gifted products and other exchanges. Opportunities from approved business profiles publish directly; publication does not mean the platform has approved every claim or commercial term. Example concepts are labelled and do not accept applications.
An application is an expression of interest, not an acceptance or payment guarantee. Before work or dispatch begins, both participants must agree the product selection or fee, deliverables, milestones, revisions, posting requirements, shipping, cancellation arrangements and licence terms in writing. Use the collaboration room to record the agreement and later changes. The Collaboration Policy explains these expectations.
Content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you own in content you submit. You give the platform permission to store, process and display it to the people permitted by the visibility or collaboration settings you choose, for the purpose of operating the service. This does not transfer your ownership or grant a business advertising rights.
Do not upload unlawful material, infringe intellectual property, misrepresent results, solicit passwords, spam, harass, discriminate, manipulate reviews or interfere with the service. The Community Guidelines, Content Rights Policy and Advertising Disclosure Policy provide further requirements.
Moderation, restrictions and appeals
The team may investigate reports, limit visibility, pause opportunities, remove prohibited content or restrict an account when reasonably needed to protect the community, enforce these terms or comply with law. Where practical and lawful, the team will explain the reason and allow a response. Serious security threats or unlawful content may require immediate action. You can request reconsideration through Support.
Account closure does not automatically cancel existing obligations between collaboration participants. We may retain relevant records where needed for a dispute, legal requirement or protection of others, as described in the Privacy and Account Deletion policies.
Availability, responsibility and legal rights
We take reasonable care in providing the platform but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, a particular number of opportunities, creator selection, reach, engagement, sales or business outcomes. External links and participant content are provided by their respective owners. Assess a collaboration before committing.
Each party remains responsible for its own acts and obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or prevents lawful complaints to an authority or court. Any dispute about platform use is subject to applicable law and the authority of a court or tribunal that lawfully has jurisdiction. Contact Support first where appropriate, without giving up any right or deadline.
Changes and contact
The page shows when it was last updated. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account notices or available contact channels; fresh acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively expand a creator licence or alter an agreed collaboration without the relevant parties agreeing.
