Disclose material connections
Clearly disclose a relationship that could affect how an audience understands a recommendation, including payment, gifted products, discounts, services, affiliate commission or a business or employment connection. A barter collaboration can require disclosure even when no cash is paid. Use language the audience can understand and comply with the advertising rules and platform requirements that apply to the content.
Make the disclosure easy to notice
Place the disclosure where a viewer will see it before or while engaging with the endorsement. Do not bury it among unrelated hashtags, hide it after a “more” break or rely solely on a profile bio. For video and Stories, use clear, readable disclosure appropriate to the format and duration. Use the social platform’s paid-partnership or branded-content tools where required.
Terms such as Ad, Advertisement or an equally clear local-language statement can be used as appropriate. The exact label and placement must meet the rules applicable to the campaign. A vague thank-you, a brand tag or a collaboration hashtag alone may not explain the material connection.
Keep claims truthful
Only describe genuine experience with the actual product. Do not publish a false testimonial, misleading before-and-after result, fabricated statistic or unsupported superiority, health, safety or environmental claim. Businesses must supply substantiation for factual claims they ask a creator to make. Creators should question claims they cannot honestly communicate.
Describe sensory observations as personal experience rather than a guaranteed outcome for everyone. Do not imply that a personal-care product diagnoses, treats or cures a condition unless the claim is lawfully authorised and appropriately supported. No campaign should require a positive rating or hide a genuine material concern.
Responsibility before publication
Businesses and creators should agree the required disclosure, approved factual information and platform tools before posting. A brief or draft approval does not remove either participant’s responsibilities. Make prompt corrections if a disclosure is missing or a material claim is wrong. Keep a record of the correction and inform the other participant.
Report deceptive advertising or pressure to conceal a gift through Support. Gramsify may limit or remove misleading opportunity content or restrict accounts under its moderation policies; it does not pre-approve every public claim or guarantee regulatory compliance.
