Barter, Shipping & Product Returns Policy

Product values, dispatch responsibilities and damaged or unsuitable items.

Last updated Oct 2, 2026

What barter means

A barter or gifted collaboration exchanges agreed creative work or posting for specified products or services. The opportunity must identify the compensation clearly. A displayed product value means the stated retail value of the agreed goods or services, not a cash fee, wallet balance or guaranteed resale value. Shipping must not be included in product value unless the brief expressly explains that treatment.

No creator should be required to pay an undisclosed application fee, place an undisclosed order or provide a positive review to receive an agreed gift. If an opportunity involves a discount, loan, returnable sample or purchase, the business must state that clearly instead of describing it as an unconditional gift.

Confirm products before dispatch

The participants should agree the itemised products, sizes, quantities, variants, minimum value and any substitution rule before acceptance or dispatch. Opportunity images may illustrate the range; the written selection determines what is to be provided. The business must obtain agreement before changing the selection or reducing its value.

Mention eligibility, serviceable PIN codes or countries, any stock limit and any genuine condition in the brief. A global platform does not make every campaign available worldwide.

Who ships and pays

The participating business is responsible for arranging its promised products and delivery. The brief must explain who pays standard shipping, customs, taxes, travel or returns and whether any cost could fall on the creator. Confirm foreseeable costs before acceptance. Gramsify does not warehouse or dispatch campaign products, sell delivery services or guarantee courier performance.

Provide delivery details privately after selection. A creator must supply an accurate address and reasonable availability to receive the parcel. Businesses should use those details only for the agreed fulfilment and lawful related purposes.

Receipt, damage and safety

Check the package on receipt and tell the business promptly about missing, wrong, leaking or damaged items. Share proportionate evidence, such as a photograph of the parcel or item, in the private collaboration room. The business should investigate and agree a replacement, alternative or cancellation where appropriate. Do not use or demonstrate an item that appears unsafe.

Production timelines should begin from actual usable product receipt where the brief says so. A courier delay or faulty item should be addressed through an agreed schedule change rather than an automatic negative review or penalty. Follow the product directions and do not make unverified health or safety claims.

Returns and cancelled collaborations

Whether products must be returned depends on the written collaboration terms, their condition and applicable law. A non-returnable category or opened personal-care item does not remove mandatory rights relating to a defective, misdescribed or unsafe product. Do not send used hygiene products back without safe instructions and agreement.

If the brief says the creator keeps a gift, the business must not later demand its return solely because the creator expressed an honest opinion. If a collaboration ends before agreed work is delivered, discuss a proportionate resolution under the cancellation terms. State who pays any agreed return cost. The platform can receive a report but does not issue product refunds or courier reimbursements.
