The idea
Create two connected chapters. Reel one is the discovery: open your Brooks & Oaks hamper, capture the packaging and introduce the products with a strong, personal opening. Reel two is the experience: return to one or more products after trying them and show where they belong in your everyday routine.
Make the two Reels distinct in setting, hook or story. Keep bottle labels sharp and readable, use natural movements and let the products be the focus. Your voice can be conversational, cinematic or gently humorous, provided the presentation remains thoughtful.
This opportunity welcomes beauty, grooming, gifting, lifestyle and emerging UGC creators. Share what you actually noticed; no positive review, star rating, sales promise or view target is required. The cover is an example of Brooks & Oaks gift presentation. The exact hamper contents and variants will be agreed before acceptance.
What you’ll create
2 original Instagram Reels, each 20–40 seconds, vertical 9:16 and at least 1080 × 1920: one unboxing and one personal-use story. Post both to your profile.
2 Instagram Story frames: one hamper introduction and one follow-up with the agreed brand link.
Supply clean final Reel files and published links or screenshots. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration. One minor factual or editing revision per Reel is included.
Who this is for
Adults aged 18+ based in India, of any gender. No minimum follower count. New creators may submit a self-shot sample. A public Instagram profile is needed for the agreed posts.
Apply with your Instagram or portfolio link, city, preferred content language and a 2–3 sentence creative idea. Do not post your delivery address publicly; share it privately only after selection. English, Hindi and Punjabi content is welcome.
Use original footage and appropriately licensed audio. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration in the content and caption, and use the platform disclosure tools where applicable. Follow product directions and describe your own experience honestly. No compulsory positive review, unsupported product claims or guaranteed sales/view targets.
The collaboration offer
A curated Brooks & Oaks personal-care gift hamper with a total retail value of at least ₹3,499. The final combination is selected from available body cleansers, body creams, body oils and grooming products and confirmed in writing before you accept. You keep the hamper.
This is a product-only barter collaboration, not a cash fee or voucher. There is no purchase requirement, application fee or delivery charge. The stated value is the minimum retail value of the products, excluding shipping. Selection is based on creative fit; applying does not guarantee a place.
Content permissions
You retain ownership of your original content. Brooks & Oaks may repost the agreed final assets organically on its own Instagram and Facebook accounts and website for 90 days from first publication, with creator credit where practical. These online channels may be viewed worldwide.
Paid advertising, boosting, partnership ads, account access, whitelisting, exclusivity, sublicensing, raw footage and AI training rights are not included. Any additional usage requires a separate written agreement. Minor resizing or captioning must not change your meaning. Agreed Reels should remain live for at least 90 days; Stories run for the usual 24 hours. No permanent Story highlight is required.
Products & shipping
Brooks & Oaks covers standard delivery to serviceable addresses in India. Confirm your PIN code and the itemised product selection privately before accepting. Products are sent after both sides agree the collaboration. No return of gifted products is required. Tell the team promptly if an item arrives damaged or the delivery is delayed; deadlines start from actual receipt. No travel is required.
Timing & review
Rolling applications with no fixed closing date. Confirm the hamper and concept after selection. Share the unboxing draft within 7 days of receipt and the routine draft within 14 days. Complete agreed posts within 21 days of delivery. Scheduling changes can be agreed in the collaboration room.
