The idea
Bring a complete creative idea to life across two short films and a small photo collection. Your theme might be a Sunday reset, a considered gift, a morning-to-evening routine or a bathroom shelf worth slowing down for. Pitch one idea that connects every asset.
Reel one introduces the collection and its visual world. Reel two demonstrates an actual routine with the products you received. Support the story with a collection photograph, a product detail and one lifestyle image. Keep the work consistent in light, colour and tone while giving each asset its own purpose.
Use the actual product packaging, natural proportions and clear labels. Avoid artificial product substitutions, stock testimonials or unsupported results. Face-to-camera is optional. A portfolio sample and a thoughtful concept matter more than audience size. The cover illustrates the body-care range; your exact curated selection will be confirmed before acceptance.
What you’ll create
2 original Instagram Reels, each 25–45 seconds, vertical 9:16 and at least 1080 × 1920: one collection story and one real-use routine, posted on your profile.
3 Instagram Story frames covering discovery, a product detail and a personal takeaway with the agreed brand link.
3 edited photographs: one collection hero, one detail and one lifestyle image, at least 1600 pixels on the longest edge.
Provide clean final files plus published links or screenshots. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration. One minor factual or editing revision per asset is included; additional concepts or reshoots require a separate agreement.
Who this is for
Adults aged 18+ based in India, of any gender. No minimum follower count. New creators may submit a self-shot sample. A public Instagram profile is needed for the agreed posts.
Apply with your Instagram or portfolio link, city, preferred content language and a 2–3 sentence creative idea. Do not post your delivery address publicly; share it privately only after selection. English, Hindi and Punjabi content is welcome.
Use original footage and appropriately licensed audio. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration in the content and caption, and use the platform disclosure tools where applicable. Follow product directions and describe your own experience honestly. No compulsory positive review, unsupported product claims or guaranteed sales/view targets.
The collaboration offer
A curated Brooks & Oaks collection with a total retail value of at least ₹4,999, combining available body-care and/or grooming products to suit the agreed creative concept. The itemised selection and variants are confirmed before acceptance. You keep the collection.
This is a product-only barter collaboration, not a cash fee or voucher. There is no purchase requirement, application fee or delivery charge. The stated value is the minimum retail value of the products, excluding shipping. Selection is based on creative fit; applying does not guarantee a place.
Content permissions
You retain ownership of your original content. Brooks & Oaks may repost the agreed final assets organically on its own Instagram and Facebook accounts and website for 90 days from first publication, with creator credit where practical. These online channels may be viewed worldwide.
Paid advertising, boosting, partnership ads, account access, whitelisting, exclusivity, sublicensing, raw footage and AI training rights are not included. Any additional usage requires a separate written agreement. Minor resizing or captioning must not change your meaning. Agreed Reels should remain live for at least 90 days; Stories run for the usual 24 hours. No permanent Story highlight is required.
Products & shipping
Brooks & Oaks covers standard delivery to serviceable addresses in India. Confirm your PIN code and the itemised product selection privately before accepting. Products are sent after both sides agree the collaboration. No return of gifted products is required. Tell the team promptly if an item arrives damaged or the delivery is delayed; deadlines start from actual receipt. No travel is required.
Timing & review
Applications are reviewed for creative fit on a rolling basis; the opportunity itself is already live. Agree a short concept and itemised collection before dispatch. Share a first draft within 12 days of receiving the products and complete posting and final delivery within 21 days, allowing for feedback.
