The idea
Build a simple visual story around the body-care step you look forward to. Give your audience a useful view of the actual product: its pack, texture, application and place in your routine. A get-ready-with-me, shelf-to-skin sequence or quiet morning routine can all work.
Use a Brooks & Oaks body cream or the body-care selection confirmed for your collaboration. Keep the product label readable, proportions natural and background uncluttered. Ivory textiles, navy details and warm daylight fit the brand, but your own setting and voice should lead.
The three photographs should show a clear product hero, a texture or hand detail and a lifestyle composition. Describe your experience honestly. Avoid ingredient, suitability or performance claims that the brand has not supplied and that you cannot substantiate. The cover illustrates the range, not a guaranteed exact bundle.
What you’ll create
1 original Instagram Reel, 25–40 seconds, vertical 9:16, at least 1080 × 1920, posted on your profile.
1 Instagram Story frame introducing the routine and the agreed brand link.
3 edited product photographs delivered privately: one product hero, one detail and one lifestyle image, at least 1600 pixels on the longest edge.
Deliver clean final files and the published links. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration. One minor factual or editing revision is included.
Who this is for
Adults aged 18+ based in India, of any gender. No minimum follower count. New creators may submit a self-shot sample. A public Instagram profile is needed for the agreed posts.
Apply with your Instagram or portfolio link, city, preferred content language and a 2–3 sentence creative idea. Do not post your delivery address publicly; share it privately only after selection. English, Hindi and Punjabi content is welcome.
Use original footage and appropriately licensed audio. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration in the content and caption, and use the platform disclosure tools where applicable. Follow product directions and describe your own experience honestly. No compulsory positive review, unsupported product claims or guaranteed sales/view targets.
The collaboration offer
A Brooks & Oaks body-care selection with a total retail value of at least ₹2,499, centred on a body cream and/or complementary care products agreed with you before acceptance. You keep the products.
This is a product-only barter collaboration, not a cash fee or voucher. There is no purchase requirement, application fee or delivery charge. The stated value is the minimum retail value of the products, excluding shipping. Selection is based on creative fit; applying does not guarantee a place.
Content permissions
You retain ownership of your original content. Brooks & Oaks may repost the agreed final assets organically on its own Instagram and Facebook accounts and website for 90 days from first publication, with creator credit where practical. These online channels may be viewed worldwide.
Paid advertising, boosting, partnership ads, account access, whitelisting, exclusivity, sublicensing, raw footage and AI training rights are not included. Any additional usage requires a separate written agreement. Minor resizing or captioning must not change your meaning. Agreed Reels should remain live for at least 90 days; Stories run for the usual 24 hours. No permanent Story highlight is required.
Products & shipping
Brooks & Oaks covers standard delivery to serviceable addresses in India. Confirm your PIN code and the itemised product selection privately before accepting. Products are sent after both sides agree the collaboration. No return of gifted products is required. Tell the team promptly if an item arrives damaged or the delivery is delayed; deadlines start from actual receipt. No travel is required.
Timing & review
Applications are considered on a rolling basis. Confirm the selected products and concept in your collaboration room before dispatch. First draft and photographs are due within 10 days of product delivery; final posting and delivery within 14 days, subject to agreed feedback timing.
