The idea
Tell the story of the small moment you make for yourself at the end of a busy day. Begin with the everyday scene, then introduce a Brooks & Oaks body-care ritual through warm light, close-up textures and a calm, personal voice.
Explore a body massage oil or a body-care product from your confirmed selection. Show the packaging and a natural application on hands or arms, following the product directions. Keep the scene tasteful, believable and comfortable for you. Hands-only storytelling is welcome.
Describe your own sensory experience without claiming that a product treats anxiety, pain or sleep problems. No before-and-after transformation, exaggerated skin claim or compulsory positive review is requested. The image is a range reference; confirm the actual variants before accepting.
What you’ll create
1 original Instagram Reel, 25–40 seconds, vertical 9:16, at least 1080 × 1920, posted on your profile.
2 Instagram Story frames: one ritual or texture detail and one honest takeaway with the agreed brand link.
Provide the clean final Reel file for the agreed organic reuse. Include a clear gifted-collaboration disclosure. One minor factual or editing revision is included.
Who this is for
Adults aged 18+ based in India, of any gender. No minimum follower count. New creators may submit a self-shot sample. A public Instagram profile is needed for the agreed posts.
Apply with your Instagram or portfolio link, city, preferred content language and a 2–3 sentence creative idea. Do not post your delivery address publicly; share it privately only after selection. English, Hindi and Punjabi content is welcome.
Use original footage and appropriately licensed audio. Clearly disclose the gifted collaboration in the content and caption, and use the platform disclosure tools where applicable. Follow product directions and describe your own experience honestly. No compulsory positive review, unsupported product claims or guaranteed sales/view targets.
The collaboration offer
A Brooks & Oaks body-care selection with a total retail value of at least ₹1,999, centred on a body massage oil or an agreed personal-care alternative. You keep the products.
This is a product-only barter collaboration, not a cash fee or voucher. There is no purchase requirement, application fee or delivery charge. The stated value is the minimum retail value of the products, excluding shipping. Selection is based on creative fit; applying does not guarantee a place.
Content permissions
You retain ownership of your original content. Brooks & Oaks may repost the agreed final assets organically on its own Instagram and Facebook accounts and website for 90 days from first publication, with creator credit where practical. These online channels may be viewed worldwide.
Paid advertising, boosting, partnership ads, account access, whitelisting, exclusivity, sublicensing, raw footage and AI training rights are not included. Any additional usage requires a separate written agreement. Minor resizing or captioning must not change your meaning. Agreed Reels should remain live for at least 90 days; Stories run for the usual 24 hours. No permanent Story highlight is required.
Products & shipping
Brooks & Oaks covers standard delivery to serviceable addresses in India. Confirm your PIN code and the itemised product selection privately before accepting. Products are sent after both sides agree the collaboration. No return of gifted products is required. Tell the team promptly if an item arrives damaged or the delivery is delayed; deadlines start from actual receipt. No travel is required.
Timing & review
Rolling selection while places remain. Confirm your product selection before dispatch. Allow a few days to experience the products, then share the first draft within 10 days of delivery. Publish the Reel and Stories within 14 days of delivery, or agree another date in writing.
